Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of cut fabric, custom yardage, and handmade or made-to-order items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered processing or items have been cut or prepared.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at whimsywaystudio@gmail.com.

Include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

If we made an error or an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. We review all concerns promptly and will work with you to make it right.
