PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Many orders ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3–5 business days during busy periods, sales, or holidays.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart.

Rather than building shipping costs into our product prices, we charge actual shipping at checkout whenever possible. This helps keep item prices fair, so you’re only paying for the shipping your order requires—not hidden shipping costs built into every item.

Most orders ship from our California studio. Some products may ship separately from a trusted production or fulfillment partner.

 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COVERAGE

Most USPS and UPS shipments automatically include up to $100 of carrier-provided coverage.

For orders valued over $100, Additional Shipping Coverage is available for purchase. This optional add-on allows you to insure your package beyond the carrier’s included coverage.

Additional Shipping Coverage is offered as a separate purchase so you can choose the level of protection that’s right for your order, rather than having the cost built into every shipment.

If Additional Shipping Coverage is not purchased, reimbursement for loss or damage may be limited to the carrier’s included coverage.
